Directions: Take Hwy 61 to Frankford, MO exit then go left on Hwy C approx. ½ mile to stop sign in town, then go South on Low St. to left on Bluff St. to right on Walnut to left on Pritchett to Pike County Rd. #49 go 1 mile to farm on both sides of road Tract #4 is on the right.
From Bowling Green, MO go North on Hwy 61 approx. 6.4 miles to left on Hwy U go 1.7 mile to right on Pike County Rd. #48 go 2.5 miles to right on Pike County Rd. #49 & go 3.8 mile to Tract #1 on the right.
Auctioneer’s Note: Earl bought the farm in 1964 (he was a Barber by trade) he operated the farm with his good friend Tom Finnegan. They ran a cow calf operation & feed all their calves out. This was his getaway & weekend retreat. This is the first time the farm has been on the market since 1964. See you at the sale. David & Dusty
