Our fall season ended with a real estate bang, selling  2867 acres of real estate at auction since Oct. 1, 2016 through Dec 31, 2016.  We have had a large variety of sales this past fall, ranging from real estate, household, antiques, firearms, farm machinery, coins, etc. We sold anything from Indian Artifacts to trucks and machinery to customers all over the area and out of state including buyers from 17 different states just this fall.

Whether it’s a tool selling for $20.00 or equipment selling for thousands, it’s the history of that item or the reason or story behind our sellers who contact us & put their trust in our company.  They allow us to take their possessions & turn them into funds so they may change, continue or start a new beginning, or closure for a family estate that makes the auction business so very interesting.

As we continue with our 54th year in business, we look forward to what’s around the corner or what 2017 will bring, or who we will meet.  We would like to thank each & every customer or client that came to participate, buy or sell or just came to see their friend, enjoy homemade pie or one of Sondra’s famous breakfast specials, we appreciate you and thank you.

People always ask me, “Don’t you get tired of working weekends?” my answer, if you love what you’re doing, it’s not work.  Our family and auction staff has met and made friends over the years that the auction way brings people together.   Our family would like to thank our staff for a great fall and busy year.  It takes an army of help and we have a great army working with us.
