Auctioneer’s Note: Dan has been collecting antique fishing lures, vintage reels & rods and related items for more than 25 years. His knowledge and passion for collecting true “vintage” fishing items is seen in this collection. This is by far one of the most extensive collections with over 800 fishing lures, 230 Zebco reels, over 200 open reels(all collectable brands), more than 300 rods, many with reels and many in the original rod tubes. All lures are in good condition with many in boxes and reels are all in working condition. Dan served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Army as a medic and retired from an engineering firm in Hannibal. Fishing Lures and reel/rod sets will be sold in catalog format.
