Terms: 10% down day of sale with the balance of cash at closing on or before 45 days after the sale on 3 Tracts and after January 1, 2020 on the balance. Buyer to have option on closing date. Possession at closing, subject to crop presently in beans, possession of crop ground after closing. Seller to retain 2019 bean crop.
