Auctioneer’s Note: Carole was born in 1937, her family homesteaded this farm in 1845. Carole’s mom was born here, and her maiden name was Foley. Carole never married and had no children. As far as we know, there are no living heirs left. This is one of the most untouched estates we’ve handled. If you want true antiques, here they are. The drawers are full, this is a partial list.
