AUCTIONEERS NOTE: Roy was a Lincoln County Fair chairman & a member of Moscow Mills Masonic w/50 year pin. He had his own shop & ran the family sawmill, started by his Grandpa in the 1940s. He was the Chief of Police for the City of Moscow & Chief Deputy under Everett Roettger. His John Deere 70 & 60 was his pride and joy, along with the Rumbley Oil Pull.
